Marc by Marc Jacobs recently unveiled their 2013 fall/winter ready-to-wear collection during New York Fashion Week. Taking design cues from mid-20th century styling, the latest collection seems to be a somewhat departure from the brand’s more playful aesthetic. Their latest menswear line is dominated by turtlenecks, slacks, and jackets designed with dark plaids and pinstripes. Ditching the contemporary cuts, heavy drapery throughout jacket shoulders and exaggerated pant leg inseams make up the 2013 fall/winter ready-to-wear collection.
