Located in the Balearic Islands off of Spain, the Casa Son Vida residence was built on the island of Mallorca, an island that has been inhabited by humans since 6000–4000 BC. As of late, the island has become a tourist attraction, and now the home of the exclusive Son Vida community. The 8,500 square-foot residence was a collaborative effort between Cosmopolitan Estates and Dutch designer and founder of Mooi, Marcel Wanders.
Casa Son Vida turned is a luxury residence, designed to attract the young, discerning and bold, who are design-savvy. The interior of the residence is simple yet there are unexpected details found in every space. Casa Son Vida is the first of six villas planned for the Platinum Estates development by the just less than a year-old Cosmopolitan Estates. What do you think?
