Big news for all you music fans out there! Legendary music festival Woodstock will return as a three-day event this summer for its 50th anniversary. During a recent interview with Rolling Stone, co-founder Michael Lang said that for Woodstock’s 50th Anniversary event will take place at the original grounds in Watkins Glen, New York on August 16–18, 2019. Expected to be a diverse mix of new and old acts, the festival is said to be looking for unique collaborations and maybe some reunions. The co-founder also mentioned that activism will be a major theme throughout the festival in light of the current political state in America.
