It’s been nearly five years since The Shins rocked the alternative indie world with their third studio album, ‘Wincing The Night Away.’ Since the release of the album in 2007, the Albuquerque-based group has yet to put out any new projects. However, last month the group finally made a return to the music world with the release of their brand new music single, “Simple Song.” Apparently, the track had a b-side titled ‘September,’ which can be previewed below. A 7″ vinyl will be released on Valentine’s Day featuring both new songs. The Shins‘ fourth album, ‘Port of Morrow,’ will be released on March 20th via Columbia Records. Let us know what you think?
