JAY-Z just announced a new upcoming North American tour set to kick off October 27th in Anaheim, CA. Playing in support of his new album 4:44, the tour includes dates in Texas, New York, Washington D.C., Toronto, and more. JAY-Z recently signed a new $200 million 10-year touring contract with Live Nation.
