En_Noir_FW_2014_Look_18Some of you may remember Chef Roze from our post in August about his summer cooking tips. Roze is at it again, this time traveling the globe reviewing some of his favorite restaurants that are doing things with a bit of flare. His first stop takes us to The Alembic, a cozy industrial chic restaurant located in San Francisco that offers a wide variety of unique starters/entrees. Known for their impressive craft cocktails and Jerk Spiced Duck Hearts w Pickled Pineapple, check out our exclusive look below:

Roze also paid a visit to one of his favorite new popular Upper East Side dining spot called the East Pole. Housed in an historic brownstone on a quiet block of 65th Street in New York, the restaurant’s menu features simple yet elevated home cooking with a focus on local, seasonal, organic produce and sustainably sourced proteins.
