BANKSY’S NEW MURAL REFLECTS ON STATE OF THE EU

Banksy just unveiled his latest street artwork in coastal town of Dover in the United Kingdom. Located just across the city’s ferry terminal, the large mural shows a man chiseling off one of the 12 stars from the EU flag. The image also features large cracks throughout, that represent a ‘threat’ to the rest of the composition. Symbolizing the effect of Brexit on the European Union, the timing of this piece is now more than ever relevant in light of the current state of politics in Europe.
