Mixing graffiti and architecture, architect Zvi Belling recently finished the Hive Apartment in Melbourne, Australia. Enlisting the help of the neighbour Prowla, a respected old school Melbourne graffiti artist, the property features a design with graffiti letters on the external concrete walls of the apartment building. The shapes of the exterior property directly determine the interiors and define the living spaces. Inside, the apartment features concealed sliding panels that allow for cross ventilating habitable rooms. In addition, solar panels are located on the roof while a water storage tank has been installed below the car park area. Check out images of the Hive Apartment in Melbourne, Australia below!
