THE ORIGIN TREE HOUSE IN FRANCE

Accessed by a rope bridge, the Origin Tree House is perched in a hundred-year-old oak tree. Inspired by the nests of neighboring birds, this exceptional cabin is a unique and tailor-made project. The architect was given the challenge of creating a functional and comfortable hotel room, while being faithful to the inspiration of the project. Constructed from individual slats of wood, the exterior resembles the twigs and branches that make up a bird’s nest. The interior is arranged around the trunk of the tree, and features a sleeping area, living room, and bath. Equipped with floor the ceiling windows, views of the surrounding forest flood the interior.
